Ejector marks are a normal part of die casting, but their location matters. On hidden surfaces they may be acceptable; on visible product faces they can become a quality issue.

Display frames, covers, enclosures and painted parts need early review of ejector mark placement.

Ejector layout is part of mold design. It must release the casting safely while avoiding sensitive surfaces when possible.
Huabo would ask whether the part is hidden inside equipment or visible to end users.
Share assembly orientation and visible surface requirements during RFQ, not after the first sample.

Ejector pins are necessary for removing die castings from the mold. The issue is where marks appear and whether they affect appearance or function. Buyers should identify visible surfaces, sealing surfaces and contact faces so the mold designer can place ejectors in acceptable areas.
